beef broccoli with shitake mushroom

- sukiyaki beef
- shitake mushroom
- garlic
- olive oil
- oyster sauce
- water
- cornstarch
garlic and sukiyaki beef; wash the sliced shitake mushroom and squeeze the excess water out
steamed broccoli for 10 minutes
set aside the brown garlic and then sautee the beef in olive oil until cooked; add in the shitake mushroom; pour in oyster sauce
add in water and then the water with cornstarch mixture bring to boil Enjoy!
