A lot of my friends have been taking wheatgrass 30 minutes before meal. I was a bit curious as to how it taste. Good thing, CML, gave me a pack to sample taste.

The verdict? I am not going to take it anytime soon. The powder when mix with water would turn to green. Scent of soil reached my nose and the taste... I can't fathom! A mix of soil and grass, I suppose?
For now, I am sticking with mixing psyllium in my drink. At least with psyllium there is no smell or taste just a gooey substance if you don't drink your mix immediately lol
