Cook your own: Gambas

my version of gambas


7 pieces tiger prawns 
garlic chopped
cayenne pepper
salt and pepper
Knorr seasoning

In a pan, sautee chopped garlic with butter in low heat. Be careful not to burn the garlic. Put the tiger prawns in. Add a dash of cayenne pepper, a bit of salt and pepper. Upon turning the prawn on its side sprinkle Knorr seasoning. 

Serve hot!
