Cook your own: Tomyao with Shitake Mushroom

This was one of the dishes we ate last night, tom yao with shitake mushroom! It's pretty easy to make in under 10 minutes, preparation included ;p

Here's what you need:
A pack of tomyao from Unimart
7 small shitake mushrooms sliced
Panda oyster sauce
virgin olive oil
garlic chopped

In a pan, sautee chopped garlic in olive oil in low heat until light brown. Scoop all garlic, set aside. Put tom yao in the same pan under medium heat. After a minute put in Shitake mushrooms. Add a tablespoon of oyster sauce according to taste and a little water. Don't forget to add the garlic on top when serving ; )
