Over the long weekend, my friends and I booked an overnight stay at Canyon Cove using vouchers that we bought through Ensogo. Without any fuss, I was able to reserve directly to the hotel a week before our target date. My friend, Cherie, faxed our vouchers the very next day. We were told to bring the vouchers with us upon checking in.

The safe that you see is not working. That's not all, the thermostat is also set at a specific degree and you cannot adjust it. This is a fairly new wing but sadly, things are in bad condition. We stayed in room 157. We are so near the beach area ; )
Hangers are provided inside the cabinet. 3-in-1 coffee mix, 2 water bottles and an electric kettle are available. 2 cups for coffee and 2 wine glasses can also be found next to the electric kettle.

2 glasses can be found inside the bathroom. Toothbrush is available upon request. A hand soap is available for use near the sink. Towels are neatly folded on the towel rack. Separate towels can be requested in the beach area provided that you show a stub that you are checked in the hotel. The stub is given at the reception area upon check-in.

There were a lot of people checked in that day- holoday. But that's ok because my friends and I spent most of our time at the beach.

Conditions on the voucher purchased:
- Voucher is valid for a Superior Room Accommodation (per night) for two (2) persons plus free use of swimming pool and beach at Canyon Cove.
- Voucher is valid from September 21, 2011 to September 30, 2012.
- Unlimited voucher purchase per person
- Ensogo-issued vouchers may be combined for extended stay.
- A maximum of five (5) vouchers per night may be used per stay.
- Voucher may not be used for banquets, corporate affairs or similar group bookings.
- Child Rate: A maximum of two (2) children aged 12 years old and below per room are free of charge.
- Additional guest/bed rate: P800/night (a maximum of one (1) adult or child is allowed per room)
- Please follow the terms and conditions in the voucher or it will not be honored by the merchant.
Standard Ensogo Terms:
- Voucher is transferable and may be given as gift.
- Price is inclusive of all service charge and VAT.
- All paid transactions are non refundable.
- Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with senior citizen card, and any discount card or promotion.
- Voucher is valid as a discount coupon
- Merchant suggests voucher-holders to make reservations 3 days prior to redemption to get better slots.
- Failure to redeem vouchers within validity period will render the voucher invalid.
- Check-in time is 3:00PM / Check-out time is 12:00NN
- Vouchers are not valid on public holidays and special occasions.
- Merchant requires voucher-holders to make reservations at least one (1) month prior to preferred travel date.
- Any changes on confirmed bookings (including cancellation) shall be advised 7 days prior to confirmed dates; otherwise voucher will be forfeited.
Recently, I bought two more Canyon Cove vouchers from MetroDeal which I got for PHP2900 each. Let's see how the booking goes. I hope it goes smoothly as this Ensogo deal.
