minola premium coconut oil
ingredients are refined, bleached and deodorized coconut oil
I used to buy Minola because it says that it is a premium coconut oil. Yesterday, I was grocery shopping when I looked at the listed ingredients and found the words refined, bleached and deodorized. I don't like those words on my food.

baguio pure vegetable oil
ingredients 100% pure coconut oil, vitamin A palmitate
I searched and found Baguio pure vegetable oil. It costs less than PhP200 for the 1.8 liters not bad considering it is 100% pure coconut oil as its main ingredient. It has the word pure which I so love.
So, yes, I am switching!
