Thanksgiving sale in SM Megamall

The store opens at exactly 10 a.m. DH and I were there 10 minutes before the opening time. I took a pic of the parking area and the people waiting for the doors to open lol. This is a big sale because for the whole day, SM is offering 10% off on almost all items. Even those with 50% off markdown. Upon presenting your SM Advantage Card (SMAC).

DH shopped for the company's Christmas give- away while I shopped for some gifts for the kids.

By mid afternoon, the place was full. Lining up for the gift wrapping service was such a waste of time- DH lined up for an hour with only two other persons in front of him. We ended up waiting until 3 p.m. that day to pick up the wrapped items.

Be sure to buy items in a box so they can wrapped it better than irregular shaped items. Because unlike Rustan's, SM does not put box for the items you wished to be wrapped. A ribbon is out of the question especially if the lines are long. In fairness, SM has no minimum purchased requirement, they will wrapped whatever amount you purchased unlike in Rustan's that has a PhP300 purchased requirement.
