Discover Kobe: Steak Land for the Best Kobe Beef!
Day 3
December 30, 2012
Kobe Beef Steak Land (Suteki-rando)
about two blocks away from Hankyu Sannomiya Station
078-3321653
Did you know that Kobe Beef is sold only within Japan? Yes, it's true. I have seen labels like "For Domestic Consumption ONLY" attached to Kobe beef.
Anyway, when our Japan trip was still in the planning stage, I insisted that we should eat Kobe beef while in Kobe or don't go there at all ; p
Kobe Beef Steak Lunch 150g JPY 2,980 (PhP 1,490) per pax
I ate all 10 cubes, you don't want to waste any of these mouth-watering, juicy Kobe beef, do you? To sum it all up, it's Y-U-M-M-Y!
This set includes salad, miso soup, rice, pickles, grilled vegetables and coffee (served after). This lunch set is available from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.

After two blocks, you will see the sign. You won't miss it, it says Steak Land and a photo of 3 uncooked steaks ; )
there's a long line
It was raining and really cold outside but people were lining up just to have a taste of Kobe beef. We followed suit.

Due to popular demand, some people were being ushered to another steak house. We were lucky because we get to eat here and not in some place I don't know.
we are almost there hahaha
There's only one couple in front of us, the turnover was fast. In 15 minutes, we were given our seat right in front of the teppanyaki table.
crunchy garlic
There's an extra charge for these crunchy garlic if you ask for more.

inside of the restaurant
The restaurant is cramp and dark. I think there were 2 round tables on the side for bigger groups. The rest of the seats are surrounding the teppanyaki table.
