Is this a SPAM message or should I respond to it? Why would it ask for my password? And the email address is from unaluna49@gmail.com.

I got two messages on my phone inbox today and both of them were spam messages. The first is this message from PBDionisio and the other one is from Banco de Oro. I wonder where the hell they do get our numbers. Who are selling it for a profit? And how the hell do I block them? Interestingly, I only posted this message out of the two because it register to a certain PBDionisio who is not on my inbox and the reply option on my phone is disabled.
