Osteoporosis occurs when the bone mass decreases quickly more than the body can replace it, leading to a net loss of bone strength. As a result, a slight bump or fall can result to fracture. Take this story of two sisters, Lene Almoniña (50) and Mary Ann Suzon (48). The sisters were unsuspecting victims of the silent disease called osteoporosis. Just last year after having their ANLENE bone scan analysis inside a mall, Lene found out that she was of moderate risk of osteoporosis while her sister, Mary Ann found out that she was at high risk. While Lene doesn't feel a thing prior to her bone scan analysis, Mary Ann already felt pain that run up to her back.
Both sisters acted right and decided to do something about their condition. They followed the advice of the nutritionist at the ANLENE booth- diet, exercise and drink calcium-rich milk like ANLENE as a nutritional supplement.
