Two Sundays ago, I cooked pancit canton. I forgot to mention that I also cooked Sweet Chili Prawns ; p I usually cook it when I am home alone. The recipe is simple and so easy to prepare.

Muang Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
Ingredients:
- Butter
- Garlic (toasted)
- Ginger
- Onion
- 8 pieces of prawns (peeled)
- Muang Thai Sweet Chili Sauce*
*Muang Thai Sweet Chili Sauce bought from Muang Thai Restaurant in Banawe, Quezon City

How to make a toasted garlic:
1. Remove garlic skin
2. Chop garlic
3. Put oil in a pan (butter optional)
4. Add garlic and cook in low heat
5. Using a ladle, continuously move the garlic around the pan until golden brown
6. Remove excess oil
How to cook sweet chili prawn
- Add oil, onion and ginger in a pan
- Stir fry prawn until it turns orange
- Add Muang Thai Sweet Chili Sauce to taste
- Serves two to three persons
This is one pampagana dish and it is not complete without warm rice on the side. It's simply delicious!
