Died at age 27, she is now included in the list of growing number of 27 Club - artists who died at this supposedly "curse" age along with US guitar wizard Jimi Hendrix, Nirvana front man Kurt Cobain, Rolling Stones founding member and guitarist Brian Jones, singer Janis Joplin and The Doors singer Jim Morrison.
The talented singer/ song writer has long been battling drug and alcohol abuse. She canceled a series of performances recently. Her last gig was in Belgrade where she mumbled her way during the entire performance and have also said to be booed by the audience.
Police have yet to give the cause of death.
