Some time ago, I was invited by the owner of Beyond the Box to the launching of its store in Resorts World. It was a Friday night and naturally, we were caught in heavy traffic. Half way through the program, we finally found our way to the venue.

DH was hungry so after registering our names on the guest list, we ate in one of the cafes situated near the venue.

The photo above with Tessa Prieto Valdes was taken right after the program before she left the venue. As usual, she was gracious. I love her color blocking outfit as well as her hat!

Cherry Mobiles Newest Brand Ambassador Press Conference

Rough, rugged and tough that's TV personality and action movie star Robin Padilla! Together with Kim Chiu and John Lloyd Cruz, Robin is the latest brand ambassador of Cherry Mobile. 

Cherry Mobile started operating in 2009 with only four phone models, it is now boasting over 60 handsets and counting. It is one of the leading players in value-for-money mobile phones in the country. The company, Cosmic Technologies, Inc. introduced innovations such as  Superion- the first Android Tablet and Trident- the first triple SIM handset and Orbit- the first 3G dual SIM Android SmartPhone. 

When I attended the Robin Padilla/ Cherry Mobile press conference, there were only a handful of bloggers, I only counted 2 that I know of. Most of the attendees were local showbiz reporters.

I captured this photo of Robin as he enters the venue. He looked very suave. The ladies were naturally very eager to pose for a photo with him. I was sidelined and never had the chanced to have my photo taken with him.

I chose my new Mango dress as my outfit of the night. I pulled back my hair so you can see the chest detail of the dress. But I choose to let my hair down for the event itself.

I first met Denise Aquino when I attended MEGA Magazine's launching at Rustan's last March 2010 where I get to try Tokyo POSH's clip on hair extension. 

With Tokyo P.O.S.H.'s recent transfer from a Supercenter to a Power Plant Mall, it is but right to have a kick off party! Although I was not expecting it to be too humid that night, the event was held outdoor, I was glad that it didn't rain. I think Denise have the same scenario in mind too. A portion was covered but guests could still hang out and mingle under the stars too!
