Professional Artist Cosmetics Philippines or simply PAC was created by Dr. Martha Tilaar in August 1997 as the pioneer of professional Asian makeup (from stage makeup to bridal and high fashion).

Last Friday, I was dilly-dallying whether to attend the launching of United Colors of Benetton Body Mists or not. Since you are now reading this post, it means that I went ahead and drove alone to The Fort Bonifacio Global City. Thank God, there's no heavy traffic along EDSA. I reached the venue in less than an hour... whew!
